Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Taylor is an American actress and producer famous for the roles she was on the television series Ray Undercover Brother, The Mentalist as well as the TV series The Mentalist. She graduated with an B.A. with a major in African-American Studies, from Brown University. Her MFA is in acting at Tisch School of Acting at New York University. Aunjanue Ellis. Ellis is an American actor and producer who has worked in theater and television as and is present in both the film and theater screen. Her stage debut was in the year 2000 before appearing in mainstream, independent, and television series. Her most well-known role was Miranda Shaw on ABC's Quantico. Then, she made an appearance on BET's epic show The Book of Negroes. Her debut on stage as Ariel in The Tempest. Apart from the Broadway production Come and Gone, she also has credits for Drowning Crow and Seeking the Genesis. Her film work is highlighted by her appearances in Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express, and The Help. For her work on television she's been recognized for her role in the role of a character who is a regular on ABC's cop drama High Incident.
